About the role

The Director of Operations is responsible for leading the strategic and operational management of a clinic network. This senior role drives sustainable growth, operational excellence, and a consistent patient experience across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage business performance, profitability, and workforce productivity.
• Lead and develop Cluster Managers and Clinic Managers, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Oversee financial and resource management, including budgeting, expense control, and cost‑effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards while mitigating operational risks.
• Drive strategic projects, business transformation, automation, and support mergers, acquisitions, and new site openings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8–15 years of operations leadership experience, preferably in multi‑site environments.
• Strong financial acumen and business analysis capabilities.
• Proven experience leading large teams and senior managers.
• Background in healthcare, dental, retail, or service industries is highly advantageous.
