Director of Sales

About the role

Andaz Singapore, Hyatt’s lifestyle hotel in the heart of the city, is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead all selling activities. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to maximise revenue across corporate, leisure and group segments.

Key responsibilities

• Set and monitor sales targets, forecasts, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and customer insights to shape strategy.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting and CRM discipline.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, leisure and group markets.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve exceptional results.
• Collaborate with related departments to optimise revenue streams.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years recent experience in corporate or business development within the hotel industry.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
• Strong presentation skills, detail‑oriented and customer‑focused.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Outlook email and calendar management.
• Experience with hotel CRM systems such as Opera or Delphi.
