Food & Beverage Services Coordinator

About the role

NHG is looking for a Food & Beverage Coordinator to make sure its patients receive the right meals, at the right time, with care and accuracy. The role supports patient recovery and the overall hospital experience by coordinating inpatient meals and hospital events.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure the smooth daily delivery of inpatient meals and support in-house hospital events
• Take and compile meal orders for private and special-diet patients
• Pay close attention to dietary requirements and ensure meals are dispatched accurately and on time to wards
• Resolve patient meal-related feedback or complaints professionally and with care
• Compile patient feedback and insights for management review
• Work closely with nursing staff, kitchen teams and service partners

Required profile

• Interest in food, nutrition and therapeutic diets
• Diligent, meticulous and comfortable working independently
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in service excellence
• Physically able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Willing to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays, on a 5-day week with rotating off days

Required skills

• Competent in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
