Director of Sales & Marketing - Novotel Singapore Robertson Quay

About the role

Accor is recruiting a Director of Sales & Marketing for its Novotel Singapore Robertson Quay property. The role leads the hotel's sales and marketing strategy, manages group, transient and banquet sales, and reports on performance against business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, including budget management, financial forecasting, P&L analysis and monthly reporting.
• Direct and manage group, transient and catering/banquet sales activities to maximise hotel revenue.
• Analyse competition, market trends and customer feedback to inform business strategy and maintain competitive positioning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, or at least 2 years in a similar capacity with proven results.
• High degree of professionalism, strong understanding of global markets and sound business acumen.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
