Director of Supply Chain

About the role

OPSWAT is building a world‑class supply‑chain capability from the ground up to support rapid hardware growth across APAC and globally. As Director of Supply Chain you will own strategy, quality, warehouse execution, vendor relationships, compliance and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable supply‑chain processes, systems and vendor networks.
• Define the end‑to‑end operating model from sourcing through delivery.
• Lead quality assurance and control for hardware assembly, imaging, testing and packaging.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control and ERP data accuracy.
• Collaborate with product, creative and GTM teams to align supply‑chain execution with product specifications and branding.
• Manage strategic relationships with suppliers, carriers and logistics partners across APAC and internationally.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs documentation and trade requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling supply‑chain functions in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on approach to quality, logistics and vendor management.
