Director of Training & Programs

About the role

The Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth (CSP) is seeking a Director of Training & Programs to lead its APAC training portfolio. You will shape and deliver research‑driven programs for ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, wealth managers and other private‑wealth stakeholders, positioning CSP as a regional thought leader in sustainable finance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end design, quality assurance and execution of CSP APAC training programmes, including bespoke offerings for U/HNW clients and IBF‑certified curricula.
• Develop new curriculum content that translates cutting‑edge sustainable‑finance research into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with academic partners (e.g., University of St. Gallen, MIT, Harvard) and impact‑investing networks to enrich programme relevance.
• Manage program delivery logistics, monitor participant feedback, and continuously improve learning outcomes.
• Expand the programme portfolio locally and globally, identifying growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading training or educational programmes in finance, wealth management or sustainability sectors.
• Strong understanding of sustainable finance, impact investing and private‑wealth ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to work with high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices and financial intermediaries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
