Director of Training & Programs

About the role

The Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth (CSP) seeks a Director of Training & Programs to lead the design, delivery and quality assurance of its APAC training portfolio. The role focuses on wealth holders, family offices, financial intermediaries and other private‑wealth actors, translating CSP’s research into actionable learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end development of CSP APAC training programs, including bespoke curricula for ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and family offices.
• Ensure program quality, relevance and alignment with CSP’s research outputs and impact goals.
• Collaborate with academic partners (e.g., University of St. Gallen) and industry networks to incorporate cutting‑edge sustainable‑finance insights.
• Manage program execution, monitoring participant feedback and continuously improving content.
• Represent CSP as a thought leader in the region, building relationships with wealth managers, financial institutions and impact‑investing networks.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering training programmes for high‑net‑worth clients or financial professionals.
• Deep understanding of sustainable finance, private wealth and impact‑investing ecosystems.
• Strong network within wealth‑management, family‑office or financial‑intermediary communities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
