Director – Operations & Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned, hands‑on professional to take full charge of our company’s operations and drive business growth across the food & beverage sector. The Director will lead daily and strategic activities, expand market presence, and ensure compliance with Singapore’s regulatory framework.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily and strategic operations, set standards, optimise workflows and ensure efficient, compliant business running.
• Lead overall business and project development, identify new markets, partners and revenue opportunities, and manage projects from planning to delivery.
• Provide expert technical guidance on food production, product quality, process improvement, food safety compliance and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to long‑term strategic planning, uphold fiduciary duties, ensure full compliance with food safety, labour and corporate regulations, and represent the company with partners and authorities.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience in F&B operations and business development.
• Proven senior‑management leadership with a track record of delivering growth projects.
• Strong understanding of Singapore food safety, labour and corporate regulations.
• Ability to make strategic decisions and represent the company to external stakeholders.
