Director, Product Management - APAC Products

About the role

Meta is seeking a senior product leader to drive AI‑first product initiatives across its APAC portfolio. Based at the Singapore tech site, the Director will shape long‑term vision, guide cross‑functional teams, and accelerate the company’s product development workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate transformative product strategies that span commercial monetization, consumer app experimentation, and Business AI collaboration.
• Lead ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative AI‑native products.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing team of product managers and leaders with diverse backgrounds.
• Champion responsible AI use, establishing evaluation frameworks and data strategies across the organization.
• Orchestrate complex execution across multiple teams, combining AI automation with strategic human oversight to maximize efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large product portfolios in a fast‑moving technology environment.
• Strong track record of influencing senior leadership and driving consensus on ambiguous, company‑level opportunities.
• Deep understanding of AI capabilities and when AI is the optimal solution.
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and ability to operate with minimal oversight.
