Director, Regional Sales & Marketing – Digital Channel

About the role

Resorts World Sentosa is looking for a strategic, results‑driven Director to shape and execute digital channel strategies across its portfolio. Reporting to the AVP of Regional Sales & Marketing, you will lead digital performance, revenue marketing and commercial growth through data‑driven initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead direct‑channel marketing and e‑commerce strategy, collaborating with content teams to produce consumer‑focused, on‑brand campaigns.
• Oversee website operation, UX/UI, and product development to design digital solutions and optimise content discoverability.
• Manage regional digital marketing performance end‑to‑end across paid and social platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Rednote, WeChat, Douyin).
• Set strategy, control budget and be accountable for results through execution, optimisation and performance decisions.
• Lead China marketing strategy and partnership development.
• Drive data‑led decision‑making by monitoring platform performance, client behaviour and campaign effectiveness, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Participate in sales & marketing reviews and perform additional supportive functions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Tourism or related field.
• Minimum 10 + years of relevant experience, preferably in tourism, hospitality or integrated‑resort marketing.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Strategic mindset with ability to develop short‑ and long‑term plans.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills; ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
• Analytical capability to create compelling business cases and influence decisions.
