Director, Services Business Development (Innovation & Digital Assets)

About the role

Lead the Services Incubator team in Asia Pacific to drive Mastercard's innovation agenda, focusing on digital assets and emerging technologies. Partner with sales, delivery and client teams to create and sell new services that expand the Services P&L.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Services sales organization to identify client needs and embed innovation capabilities into proposals.
• Lead regional and local innovation initiatives, launching new products, services and partnerships.
• Support end‑to‑end sales cycles from research and storyboarding to client presentations and contract signing.
• Develop thought‑leadership content to strengthen the Services brand with senior stakeholders.
• Work with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of sold innovation projects.
• Achieve sales targets responsibly while acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives.

Required profile

• Proven background in innovation, digital transformation and AI, including UI/UX design, design thinking, generative AI and wearable technologies.
• Experience in digital assets is a plus.
• Strong consultative sales experience with senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to craft compelling sales narratives and close deals.
• MBA preferred or equivalent experience; consulting experience from a top‑rated firm is valued.
• Highly self‑motivated, problem‑solver with a hunting attitude.
