Driver and Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Axalta is seeking a reliable Driver and Warehouse Assistant to support daily deliveries and order picking across its customer network. The role combines on‑road delivery duties with hands‑on warehouse tasks, ensuring that products reach customers on time and in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily deliveries to all assigned customers and locations, ensuring on‑time arrival.
• Obtain customer signatures and chops on Delivery Notes (DN) and verify that physical quantities match DN quantities.
• Apply FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) principles when picking goods for dispatch and report any batch issues to the Operations team.
• Assist with incoming shipments, including unstuffing and stacking of goods.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to maintain smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Ability to drive safely and responsibly while handling delivery paperwork.
• Attention to detail to ensure quantity accuracy and proper documentation.
• Willingness to follow FIFO procedures and report discrepancies.
• Team‑oriented attitude for effective cooperation with Operations and CSR staff.
