E-commerce and Marketing Lead

About the role

Tramontina is seeking an experienced E‑commerce and Marketing Lead to drive online sales and brand visibility across its digital channels in Singapore. You will own the end‑to‑end management of marketplace and brand‑owned platforms, ensuring a seamless customer journey and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of e‑commerce sites and marketplaces (Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, TikTok Shop).
• Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, promotions and stock information.
• Monitor website performance, user experience and conversion metrics.
• Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns and digital advertising.
• Analyse customer behaviour, traffic and sales data to optimise conversion rates and average order value.
• Lead email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, affiliate and influencer programmes.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain, sales and customer‑service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Prepare regular KPI reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Mentor and develop the e‑commerce team while supporting senior management on digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing e‑commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting sales, traffic and campaign data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
