E-Commerce Growth / Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an E‑Commerce Growth / Digital Marketing Specialist to bridge our health‑focused brand identity with measurable online performance. You will shape the way our supplements are presented on Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok, creating high‑impact creative assets that drive traffic, conversions and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑funnel content strategies for B2C and B2B audiences, tailoring formats for Meta carousel ads, TikTok Reels, Shopee/Lazada banners and Klaviyo/WhatsApp campaigns.
• Design and execute A/B tests on creative elements (hooks, CTAs, visual styles) to improve CTR and ROAS.
• Translate audience segmentation data into resonant creative themes for each stage of the marketing funnel.
• Monitor competitive trends in the wellness and supplement space to keep brand messaging ahead of the curve.
• Lead end‑to‑end production of performance‑focused assets for organic and paid media, including rapid video and static content creation.
• Utilize generative AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate the generation of high‑quality video and image assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce growth and digital marketing, preferably within the health‑supplement sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from test data and optimize campaigns.
• Creative thinker who can turn scientific evidence into compelling consumer narratives.
• Ability to work across multiple platforms and markets, managing tight production timelines.
