Early Careers Recruiter

About the role

You will support end‑to‑end recruiting for A1’s product, engineering, and business teams. This hands‑on, execution‑focused position is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn high‑quality technical hiring in practice.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess fit, motivation, and communication.
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data quality and process consistency.
• Assist recruiting projects and process improvements, including candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
• Help keep hiring operations organised, responsive, and moving at pace.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems.
• A proactive, learning‑oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
