E‑commerce Specialist – Southeast Asia & Australia

About the role

The E‑commerce Specialist will support the digital business across Southeast Asia and Australia, reporting to the E‑commerce Manager. You will help grow the Fendi.com business by optimizing the online experience and driving sales in these markets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement site merchandising for Australia, Singapore and Malaysia following HQ guidelines and market‑specific needs.
• Coordinate with merchandising and logistics teams to ensure stock availability for product launches.
• Analyse product, client and web data to identify sales opportunities.
• Work with local fulfilment, merchandising and client service teams to guarantee smooth order processing and a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare operational analyses and optimise the website to increase conversion rates.
• Support the E‑commerce Manager on website development, optimisation projects and testing.
• Plan newsletters, conduct market research on new e‑commerce trends, and assist with new market launches.
• Deliver omni‑channel training for retail stores and produce regular performance reports.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Thai is a plus.
• Strong analytical, commercial and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce (advantageous).
