Ecosystem & Community Manager – Singapore & APAC

About the role

QpiAI is building a high‑agility team to grow its developer and academic ecosystem across Asia‑Pacific. As the Ecosystem & Community Manager you will be the central point for community engagement, university outreach, and regional event activation, ensuring the Singapore hub runs smoothly while expanding QpiAI’s presence in the deep‑tech space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture a regional community of developers, researchers, and students around QpiAI’s software platforms and Quantum Computing as a Service (QCaaS).
• Plan, organise and host meetups, workshops, hackathons and guest lectures in partnership with top universities and tech hubs.
• Coordinate QpiAI’s participation in major tech conferences and expos (e.g., SWITCH, ATxSG, GITEX, regional quantum symposia), handling logistics, booth presence and speaking slots.
• Build relationships with student societies, research labs and career centres at NUS, NTU, SUTD, SMU and other regional institutions to create talent pipelines.
• Support day‑to‑day operations of the Singapore office, acting as the local point of contact for visitors, partners and event collaborators.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in community management, developer relations, event execution or ecosystem programmes within a tech accelerator, innovation agency, university incubator or early‑stage startup.
• Proven track record of running end‑to‑end events from small meetups to large conference activations and hackathons.
• Strong network within the Singapore and broader APAC tech and academic communities.
