Educator (Tuition Teacher)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Educator to join our tuition centre and provide high‑quality, personalised instruction to students of various ages. You will design and deliver lessons that meet individual learning needs while fostering critical thinking and exam readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for individual students and small groups.
• Provide personalised feedback and monitor student progress, addressing challenges promptly.
• Support students in exam preparation and the development of critical thinking skills.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to create and refine worksheets, quizzes, and lesson plans aligned with the MOE syllabus.
• Research and integrate innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Assist with classroom preparation, resource management, and related administrative tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to organisational development initiatives.
• Support tuition centre events, workshops, and optional social‑media content creation related to educational material.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of teaching or professional tutoring experience.
• A diploma or degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
• Teaching certification (not mandatory).
