Electrical Building Technician

About the role

The Electrical Building Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair and routine maintenance of our facility’s structures and services. You will ensure that all building components function safely and efficiently while supporting client demonstrations of new equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of structural elements, interior and exterior finishes, doors, windows and flooring.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as door repairs, lockset replacement and re‑hanging doors.
• Install and finish partitions, ceilings and repaint surfaces as required.
• Handle floor‑finishing work on carpet, vinyl and timber surfaces.
• Install, test and demonstrate new products and equipment to clients.
• Carry out plumbing and sanitary duties, including leak repairs and part replacement.
• Order and manage spare parts needed for repairs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
• Professional Certificate or ITE/NTC certification in Mechanical, Air‑Con, Electrical or Facility Management.
