Electrical Design Engineer (Senior) – Singapore

About the role

ANRADUS is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer (Senior) to join its Design Department in Singapore. You will lead major projects, oversee the full design lifecycle, and mentor a team of engineers while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring team performance.
• Plan, assign, and supervise design tasks; mentor junior engineers.
• Review and approve drawings, technical documents, and short‑circuit calculations.
• Design electrical switchboards, control panels, and consoles according to client specifications and company standards.
• Prepare material requisition lists and coordinate with production for shop‑drawing execution.
• Communicate technical changes to Sales & Marketing and support contract bidding.
• Maintain design controls, enforce QMS procedures, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical design.
• Experience with switchboard or panel design (marine or industrial) is an advantage.
