Electrical Maintenance Technical Officer

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technical Officer to join our power plant team on Jurong Island. The role involves ensuring reliable operation of plant equipment through routine and defect‑based maintenance while supporting safe and efficient production.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and report defective plant and equipment.
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance in line with maintenance plans.
• Assist in supervising contractors performing on‑site maintenance.
• Contribute to the development of asset maintenance plans.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date plant history records for all maintenance activities.
• Support plant operation safely, efficiently and in accordance with operational guidelines.
• Ensure assets meet performance requirements and provide support to Operations and Maintenance teams.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a power plant or related industry.
• Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Self‑motivated, analytical, good communicator and team player.
• Willingness to work beyond regular office hours when required.

Required skills

• Electrical engineering knowledge.
• Plant maintenance procedures.
