Employer Branding Intern – Social Media & Digital Communications

About the role

Join Shopee’s People Team as an Employer Branding Intern focused on social media and digital communications. You will help bring the #LifeAtShopee story to life by creating and optimizing engaging content for both external and internal audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, develop, execute and optimise employer branding content and campaigns across digital platforms and internal channels.
• Collaborate and coordinate with regional marketing, overseas offices and other stakeholders.
• Monitor, track and optimise the effectiveness of digital campaigns using analytics and industry trend reports.
• Support the planning and execution of employer branding events such as career fairs.
• Assist in preparing applications for employer branding awards.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to change.
• Meticulous, results‑driven and proactive.
• Positive, collaborative and energetic attitude.
