End User Computing (EUC) Engineer

About the role

Singapore Airlines is looking for an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join its IT Infrastructure team. You will help transform EUC by integrating AI-driven solutions and automation, building a secure, efficient and future-ready IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• EUC project management and delivery: work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget, and integrate AI and automation tools to streamline workflows.
• Microsoft administration: maintain and support Entra, Intune and O365, and build automated workflows for user provisioning, patch management, software distribution and compliance monitoring.
• Device management: administer end-user devices (laptops, smartphones, tablets) so they stay secure, compliant and up to date, using automation for updates and patches.
• Troubleshooting: resolve end-user computing issues using AI-powered diagnostic tools and predictive analytics to reduce downtime.
• Documentation: create and maintain technical documentation and training materials, using AI-based knowledge management systems.
• Collaboration: work with IT team members and other departments to deliver IT services smoothly.
• Innovation: stay up to date on emerging technologies, especially AI and automation, and drive their adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an EUC Engineer or in a similar IT infrastructure role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service and user experience.

Required skills

• Familiarity with networking, VDI, AWS Cloud and information security.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Entra, O365 and Intune.
• Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, AWS or ITIL are preferred; AI, machine learning or automation certifications (e.g. Microsoft AI Engineer, UiPath) are also preferred.
