End User Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused End User Support Specialist to join our IT team. In this individual‑contributor role you will ensure a stable, secure and efficient technology environment by assisting staff with hardware, software, networking and communication issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support for hardware, software, networking and communication problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT incidents and service requests.
• Maintain a stable PC environment across the organization, including printers and print‑management systems.
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory accounts, access controls and policies.
• Log, track and resolve tickets using an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.
• Support network services such as DHCP, DNS and general connectivity.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle management and maintain the CMDB.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Analytical thinker capable of handling multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Willingness to work in a shift‑based 24/7 support environment.

Required skills

• ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4).
• Experience with an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting expertise.
• Networking fundamentals, including DHCP and DNS.
• Printer troubleshooting and print‑management knowledge.
• IT asset lifecycle management and CMDB documentation.
