Engineer Associate – Entry Level Rotational Programme

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Engineer Associate to gain hands‑on experience in project planning, coordination and site operations through a six‑month rotational programme. The role offers exposure across multiple project functions within our underground utilities infrastructure business in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating project schedules to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor project progress, costs and KPIs, and prepare progress updates and reports for stakeholders.
• Support on‑site coordination, task execution and resolution of operational issues.
• Contribute to tender and pre‑construction documentation and accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Learn and assist in operational tasks across various departments, supporting process improvements.
• Promote safe work practices, ensure compliance with safety regulations and report non‑compliance.

Required profile

• A degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline) recognised by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board.
• Fresh graduates and entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced site environment.
