Engineering Assistant – Calibration (Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Engineering Assistant to support calibration, testing and maintenance activities for cleanroom equipment and instrumentation. The role involves both laboratory work and occasional on‑site visits to customer locations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform calibration, testing, servicing and preventive maintenance of cleanroom equipment and instrumentation.
• Assist with equipment installation, setup and configuration.
• Carry out calibration activities primarily in the laboratory, with occasional on‑site calibrations.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and execute basic repairs as needed.
• Provide technical support and after‑sales service to customers.
• Prepare calibration certificates, service reports and related documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• ITE or Diploma in any engineering discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in engineering, calibration, instrumentation or field service (advantageous).
• Entry‑level candidates with appropriate qualifications are welcome.
• Customer‑oriented, pleasant communication style and ability to work independently.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range SGD 2,000 – 3,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
• Full‑time permanent position with regular working hours (Mon‑Fri 8:30 am–5:30 pm, Sat 8:30 am–12:30 pm).
