English Phonics Teacher

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic English Phonics Teacher to join our Phonics Early Literacy Enrichment Centre. You will work with young children, fostering a love for reading through creative phonics activities and a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver phonics lessons using provided materials and lesson plans.
• Adapt teaching methods to engage children of varying abilities.
• Communicate progress and build relationships with parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a caring and innovative classroom atmosphere.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, resilient and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working with fresh graduates and new teachers.
• Responsible and caring approach toward children’s learning.

Required skills

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
