Enterprise Account Executive – Korea Market

About the role

Asana is expanding its fastest‑growing market in Korea and needs an Enterprise Account Executive to own the go‑to‑market strategy, build senior relationships, and close complex multi‑stakeholder deals. The role is based in Singapore with an office‑centric hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Korea’s go‑to‑market plan, including account segmentation, territory planning and pipeline generation.
• Lead multi‑threaded enterprise sales cycles from initial conversation to close, coordinating business, IT, procurement and executive stakeholders.
• Build and scale channel and partner ecosystems in Korea, driving co‑selling and partner‑sourced revenue.
• Position and sell Asana’s AI portfolio (AI Teammates, AI Studio, Dash) to illustrate human + AI collaboration use cases.
• Act as the voice of the Korean market internally, sharing customer and competitive insights with product, marketing and leadership teams.

Required profile

• Native or professional fluency in Korean and English with deep knowledge of Korean enterprise buying.
• 8+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years selling SaaS or enterprise software to large enterprises.
• Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with high quota attainment.
• Established network of senior business, IT decision‑makers and channel partners in Korea.

Required skills

• Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger Sales.
• Knowledge of SaaS and AI‑enabled work‑management platforms.
