Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Consultant

About the role

This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop a full‑cycle recruitment career within a fast‑growing consulting firm. You will work closely with clients and candidates, gaining hands‑on experience in talent acquisition and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end 360 recruitment process, from lead generation and cold calling to candidate placement.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable talent solutions.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, and manage offer processes.
• Achieve individual recruitment and business development targets while delivering excellent client service.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in cold calling, recruitment, sales or business development is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome.
