ESG & Communications Specialist

About the role

Lee Yin Group is seeking an ESG & Communications Specialist to lead the development of its sustainability agenda while shaping the company’s external brand presence. This newly created dual‑mandate position sits at the intersection of ESG data management and corporate communications, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve ESG data collection across the Group and its supply chain, tracking environmental, social and governance metrics.
• Monitor ESG data, flag compliance risks, and advise on corrective actions.
• Prepare annual sustainability reports in line with GRI, SASB or equivalent frameworks.
• Respond to ESG due‑diligence questionnaires from global brand partners.
• Support senior leadership in defining the ESG roadmap, setting targets and establishing tracking processes.
• Identify certifications, benchmarks and grant opportunities to enhance sustainability credentials.
• Manage and grow the corporate LinkedIn presence, creating a content calendar and publishing posts.
• Maintain existing sustainability awards and scout for new award opportunities.

Required profile

• Proactive mindset with a track record of building processes from the ground up.
• Ability to analyse ESG datasets in the morning and produce compelling communication pieces in the afternoon.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Comfortable reporting to senior leadership and influencing stakeholders.

Required skills

• Familiarity with GRI reporting framework.
• Familiarity with SASB reporting framework.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for corporate communications.
