Executive Assistant – Global Banking (APAC)

About the role

UBS is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior bankers in the APAC Global Banking division. The role is based in Singapore and requires a detail‑oriented multitasker who can keep operations running smoothly and anticipate the needs of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, conference calls, travel arrangements and client meetings for senior bankers.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, including department meetings and collaboration with offshore colleagues.
• Provide administrative support such as invoice processing and expense administration.
• Assist with staff engagement initiatives and handle ad‑hoc administrative duties.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a global banking environment (investment banking experience preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Resilient, able to prioritize under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels.
• Flexible, adaptable, with a can‑do attitude and willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
