About the role
Nomura’s International Wealth Management division is seeking an Executive Assistant to support three Senior Managing Directors in the COO/CAO area. This fixed‑term role requires a highly organized professional who can manage complex schedules, travel, and administrative processes across multiple time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Provide dedicated executive assistance to three Senior Managing Directors, handling calendar management, meeting coordination, and conference calls.
- Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and related expense reporting.
- Serve as primary liaison with IT and Corporate Real Estate Services for office logistics, space planning, and equipment provisioning.
- Facilitate onboarding and new‑hire administration, including identity and access control requests, computer and phone setup, and orientation scheduling.
- Support the Graduate and Internship programmes with logistics, participant communications, and documentation.
- Process name‑card issuance and other routine administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures.
