Executive Assistant to CEO (Strategic Role)

About the role

East Coast Podiatry is seeking a senior Executive Assistant to support its CEO in a high‑trust, high‑impact environment. The role blends strategic, operational and confidential responsibilities, requiring close collaboration with senior leadership and occasional travel on short notice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary executive support to the CEO, managing planning, execution and monitoring of key business initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials and correspondence to aid strategic decision‑making.
• Represent the organisation with referring doctors, healthcare providers and strategic partners, scheduling and attending meetings to grow referral networks.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends and develop business development materials.
• Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, build talent pipelines and coordinate with agencies and educational institutions.
• Act as liaison between the CEO, senior leadership, internal teams and external stakeholders, coordinating meetings, documenting decisions and ensuring timely follow‑up.

Required profile

• Seasoned executive assistant with experience supporting C‑level executives.
• Strong organisational skills, proactive risk identification and ability to drive high‑impact projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Flexibility to travel internationally on short notice and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
