Executive Assistant to Chairman

About the role
We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the Chairman in driving business and strategic initiatives. The role demands top‑level organisational ability, discretion, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements and business appointments.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on the Chairman’s behalf.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials and correspondence.
- Conduct research and compile data to aid strategic decision‑making.
- Track and follow up on key projects and action items.
- Liaise with stakeholders, business partners, consultants and government agencies.
- Support business development initiatives and special projects.
- Utilise AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to improve efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
