Executive Director – Relationship Manager, International Wealth Management

About the role

Nomura is seeking an Executive Director to lead relationship management for high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, primarily Non‑Resident Indian (NRI) investors, within its International Wealth Management division in Singapore. The role combines portfolio oversight, bespoke investment advisory, and business development to deepen client relationships and grow assets under management.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and deepen long‑term relationships with new and existing U/HNW NRI clients.
• Identify prospects, acquire new clients, and introduce a broad range of investment products aligned with client suitability.
• Ensure complete KYC, call reports, and documentation for all client interactions.
• Collaborate with product and service specialists to develop tailored solutions.
• Drive revenue and AUM targets, contributing to the division’s bottom line.
• Maintain compliance with bank, regulatory, and anti‑money‑laundering requirements in Hong Kong, Singapore, and relevant jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in wealth management or private banking serving high‑net‑worth or ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
• Proven track record working with cross‑border or NRI client segments.
• Experience delivering personalized investment advisory, financial planning, asset allocation, risk management, and estate planning.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and KYC requirements in the region.
