Executive (Line Trainer) – Rides Operations

About the role

The Executive (Line Trainer) in Rides Operations delivers on‑the‑job training for rides and shows, ensuring new team members are fully equipped to operate safely and provide excellent guest experiences. You will work closely with the Service Experience & Training department and perform front‑line duties to stay current with operational practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑the‑job training for rides and shows, covering safety procedures, operational tasks, and customer service standards.
• Facilitate comprehensive orientation sessions for new hires, introducing park facilities and functional teams.
• Collaborate with the Service Experience & Training department to carry out service level audits and implement targeted training.
• Perform front‑line operational duties across the Rides Operations department during peak periods.
• Serve as a role model for operational excellence, safety compliance, and guest experience.

Required profile

• Diploma with at least one year of hands‑on experience delivering on‑the‑job training, preferably in a service‑oriented or operational environment.
• Professional training certifications (e.g., ACTA, ACLP) are highly advantageous.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in line with operational needs.
