About the role

Aon is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join its Global Talent Acquisition team. The role works closely with the Executive Leadership Team on highly confidential searches and partners with sourcing, coordination, and diversity initiatives to deliver top‑tier talent for internal clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders to understand strategic and financial hiring needs.
• Provide consultative talent acquisition guidance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Lead confidential executive searches, delivering market and candidate insights.
• Present diverse candidate slates and support diverse assessor panels.
• Collaborate with APAC and Global TA sourcing teams to develop executive talent pipelines and market maps.
• Work with retained and contingent search firms on niche executive roles.

Required profile

• Significant experience recruiting at the executive level.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver strategic talent solutions.
• Strong project‑management skills and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent discretion and confidentiality handling.

Required skills

• Experience with one or more Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Knowledge of behavioural interviewing and other assessment techniques.
