About the role

This is a 2-year contract position for a support executive based at the ITE headquarters, supporting policies and schemes in specific functional areas. The role provides administrative and management support for part-time courses.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle intake activities such as publicity and class enrolment.
  • Correspond with stakeholders including applicants, sponsoring companies, trainers and government agencies on course and funding matters.
  • Handle student information and compile and analyse intake data, including surveys.

Required profile

  • Relevant experience and interest in course administration.
  • Independent worker with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work in teams.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Digital marketing material creation and automation are an advantage.
