Executive Telesales

About the role

The Executive Telesales is a 1‑year fixed‑term position based in Balestier, Singapore, within DKSH’s pharmaceutical business. The role centres on driving outbound sales, nurturing customer relationships and supporting inbound order processing. A competitive base salary combined with commission opportunities and a comprehensive onboarding programme are offered.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue growth by making outbound calls to promote and sell pharmaceutical products and services to target customers.
• Convert leads into sales opportunities and ensure accurate, timely order processing through responsive inbound call handling.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while keeping CRM records up‑to‑date.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and deliver a high standard of customer service.

Required profile

• O Levels or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar telesales, customer service or sales‑support role.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
