Experience Designer, EY wavespace Singapore

About the role

EY wavespace helps organizations tackle complex challenges through immersive experiences that combine business, technology, design and human insight. As an Experience Designer (Senior Associate / Assistant Manager) in Singapore, you will design and deliver workshops, simulations, innovation programmes, learning journeys and transformation experiences for senior business leaders across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business challenges into engaging workshop, learning and innovation experiences, including participant journeys, activity mechanics, decision-making exercises and collaborative interactions.
• Create experience concepts, storyboards, frameworks, visual artefacts and prototypes.
• Support and progressively lead workshops, co-creation sessions and immersive experiences, adapting them to participant feedback and contributing to facilitation, debriefing and documentation.
• Research stakeholder insights, map systems and customer journeys, and apply human-centred design to frame problems and generate solutions.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, content creation and prototyping, and prototype AI-enabled experiences and simulations.
• Help evolve EY wavespace methodologies and tools, and support proposals and business development through concept development.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• A portfolio showing strong problem-solving, systems thinking and design capability.
• Experience designing experiences, products, services, simulations, learning programmes or innovation initiatives.
• Ability to synthesize research and communicate insights clearly; strong written and verbal communication.
• Preferred backgrounds include experience, service or product design, UX / interaction design, game or simulation design, innovation consulting, behavioural science or HCI.

Required skills

• Experience with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Lucid or equivalent.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and ability to prototype quickly with AI-assisted, no-code, low-code or coding approaches.
• Nice to have: facilitation, consulting or advisory experience, and prototyping, no-code or coding experience.
