Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Medpace, a fast‑growing global clinical research organization, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts across the Asia‑Pacific region. The role will support multiple departments, handling high‑volume hiring, sourcing, and interview coordination while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging job advertisements to attract quality candidates.
• Source, screen, and interview applicants, managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience throughout.
• Coordinate recruitment events such as career fairs and Medpace‑hosted sessions.
• Manage requisitions in the applicant tracking system and HRIS.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Develop relationships with universities, employment agencies, and other talent sources.
• Provide interview training and guidance to hiring managers.
• Oversee the offer process, from recommendation to extension.
• Monitor market trends, competitor practices, and compliance with local employment legislation.
• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or CRO environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR information systems and applicant tracking tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about talent acquisition.
