Family Medicine Physician / General Practitioner

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our newly established GP practice in Katong. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive primary care, building long‑term relationships with patients, and promoting preventive health.

Key responsibilities

• Provide acute care, chronic disease management and preventive health services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage common primary‑care conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, gout and others.
• Support national health initiatives including Healthier SG, CHAS and MediSave.
• Collaborate with longevity physicians and a multidisciplinary team, referring patients to specialised services when appropriate.
• Contribute to the development and growth of a modern, patient‑centred GP practice.

Required profile

• Fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council.
• 3–6 years of experience in family medicine or general practice.
• Patient‑centred approach with strong communication skills.
• Interest in preventive healthcare and team‑based practice.
