About the role

Ultimate Performance is seeking a dedicated Female Personal Trainer to work with our growing female client base in Singapore. You will deliver bespoke training and nutrition programmes in a private, client‑focused environment, ensuring each client achieves measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized training and nutrition plans based on client goals, lifestyle and history.
• Conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions, providing laser‑precise technique guidance.
• Maintain a respectful, client‑centric atmosphere, especially for clients requesting a female trainer for personal or cultural reasons.
• Collaborate with the UP team to continuously improve training methodologies.
