Field Marketing Associate Analyst, ASEAN

About the role

Salesforce is looking for a Field Marketing Associate Analyst to join its Singapore-based marketing team as it scales across ASEAN. The role bridges regional marketing strategy and local sales organisations, supporting pipeline creation, brand awareness and customer success. It suits an event executor, proactive project manager and data-driven marketer who understands enterprise B2B SaaS.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the South Asia Cloud Marketing team and regional ASEAN Cloud Sales and ESMB leadership to drive pipeline and accelerate ACV for cloud sales events such as CXO roundtables, flagship customer events, industry forums and workshops.
• Act as the main resource for ESMB marketing, supporting PipeGen events: coordinate speaker logistics, attendee experience, venue setup, government stakeholder briefings and on-site operations.
• Plan and run events: book locations, select agencies, prepare agendas, content, invitations, builds, rehearsals, catering, video and photography, and handle translation and localization.
• Manage post-event activities, including lead tracking, data analysis and follow-up to optimise ROI.
• Build relationships with local industry associations and explore sponsorship opportunities to strengthen Salesforce's brand presence.
• Monitor KPIs and work on stop-gap plans with the team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B field marketing, event management or demand generation, ideally in a fast-paced technology or B2B SaaS environment.
• 3 years of experience running scaled events, including tradeshows.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
