Finance Analyst - Regional Treasury

About the role

The Finance Analyst – Regional Treasury will provide technical finance expertise and guidance on Treasury matters across Caterpillar’s Asia Pacific entities. You will work closely with senior management, applying finance knowledge to support cash management, funding, risk mitigation and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily Treasury operational work such as cash management, bank account management, funding, forecasting, General Ledger posting and foreign exchange trading.
• Support Asia Pacific legal entities and business units as a trusted adviser on Treasury processes.
• Lead or participate in global, regional and local Treasury projects, driving standardisation and efficiency.
• Deploy Treasury systems and technology to simplify processes and ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX and relevant regulations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve business problems.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex Treasury concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven problem‑solving abilities and business acumen.
• Comprehensive understanding of corporate finance policies, Treasury processes and regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Cash management and bank account administration.

• Knowledge of SOX internal controls.
• Experience with Treasury management systems.
