Finance Business Partner – Earn

About the role

Binance is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support its Earn product suite, which includes flexible savings, staking, loans, and structured products. You will act as the primary financial advisor for the Earn business units, helping shape strategy and drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end P&L reporting and analysis for Earn, covering gross and net revenue, cost of funds, and margin.
• Partner with product and business teams on new launches, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategies, providing feasibility assessments and scenario analysis.
• Monitor key business and financial KPIs, delivering regular performance insights to senior leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning cycles for Earn verticals.
• Identify revenue leakage, cost inefficiencies, and margin improvement opportunities through data‑driven analysis.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Treasury to ensure accurate accruals, revenue recognition, and balance‑sheet treatment of Earn liabilities.
• Support regulatory and compliance reporting for Earn products across jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field; CFA, CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5‑7 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, investment banking or financial control, preferably in crypto, fintech or financial services.
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or commercial finance professional with strong stakeholder influence.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of turning complex data into actionable insights.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, ambiguous environment.
