Finance Business Partner

About the role

BIT is seeking a Finance Business Partner to bridge financial analysis with its rapidly growing digital‑asset business. The role will support business units by providing insight, managing cash and crypto positions, and helping optimise yields across a global, regulated platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business departments, understanding their financial needs.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and present business‑financial information to stakeholders.
• Provide analysis and insights that link finance to overall business strategy.
• Assist departments in improving yield and profitability.
• Analyse and hedge fiat and cryptocurrency risk exposures.
• Manage cash and cryptocurrency positions and produce forecasts.
• Perform additional finance‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial accounting.
• Independent, quick learner with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of growing operations in challenging economic environments.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
