Finance Controller – Manufacturing (SGX Listed)

About the role
The Finance Controller will lead the financial management of a Singapore‑listed manufacturing group. You will ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and SGX listing requirements while supporting operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of financial management, statutory compliance and financial reporting for the group.
- Ensure adherence to SFRS, SGX listing rules and other regulatory obligations.
- Provide accurate cost accounting and financial analysis to support manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with business units to drive commercial performance and strategic decision‑making.
Required profile
- Degree in Accountancy or Business Finance.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership abilities and a commercial mindset.
- Proven capability to act as a business partner and engage with diverse stakeholders.
