Finance & HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Finance & HR Executive to manage both financial operations and human‑resource functions for Stonrich Pte Ltd, a leading natural stone company in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day financial tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing and payroll processing.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets and forecasts to support strategic decisions.
• Liaise with auditors, bank officers and statutory boards on finance matters.
• Oversee HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding and employee record maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with financial and HR regulations.
• Coordinate employee benefits and administer payroll.
• Support management with ad‑hoc finance and HR projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in both finance and HR functions.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Experience with HR software.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 3,300 to SGD 5,000.
• Full‑time permanent position based at our Jurong Island office.
