Finance Incentives Manager

About the role
The Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) is seeking a Finance Incentives Manager to support its Finance, Procurement & Risk Assurance division. The role involves providing timely analysis, reviewing financial incentive claims, and delivering data insights to senior leadership, ensuring compliance with EDB’s incentive guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with senior executives, researchers and lead engineers to ascertain the status of financial incentives awarded to companies.
- Assess achievement of incentive conditions through on‑site visits and document reviews.
- Review claims submitted by companies for compliance with guidelines and award letters.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with predefined service level agreements, covering planning, fieldwork and reporting.
- Identify gaps and shape policy frameworks based on issues identified.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management.
- Promote organisational awareness on incentive governance and risk management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in audit, preferably in governance and enterprise risk management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
